Our Intensive Housing-Based Case Management Program is currently full. We are not accepting new clients at this time. For urgent support or referral-based triage, please contact us directly at 613-663-2399. We are committed to helping connect individuals with appropriate services wherever possible.

Safety Device Program – Panic Pendant / Alarm Support

Clients enrolled in our Key Holder and Limited Safety Services Program who have received panic pendants, alarm systems, or monitored response supports should regularly test their devices and report any issues immediately. These tools are designed for tenants facing elevated risk or living with mobility/disability considerations. For assessment, device replacement, or to update emergency contacts, please call 613-663-2399.
